InnovationWeek
In an effort to celebrate the rich history and culture of innovation at Illinois, the Technology Entrepreneur Center in the College of Engineering and the School of Art + Design in the College of Fine and Applied Arts, with support from the Office of the Provost, are hosting the first annual InnovationWeek at Illinois from February 19 – 29, 2008.
Innovation Tournament
The 2008 Illinois Innovation Tournament is open to all students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and you’ll be competing with students around the world. Teams will be given an everyday object and challenged to create as much value as possible in five days. Last year it was Post-It Notes. What will it be this year?

Join Tony DeRose, Senior Scientist and head of Pixar's research group, for a discussion of research activities at Pixar Animation Studios.
